Finding a therapist that fits your needs and personality is an important part of your healing and ability to grow. Though not every therapist is a perfect fit, I work hard to meet you where you are by being patient to listen to your story. This in addition to your commitment will help us give you the tools you need. I'm excited to join you as you take these next steps. Michele is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania, as well as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey. She holds a Masters of Science (MS) degree in Counseling and an Advanced Specialization in Counseling Certificate from Cairn University. She holds years of experience working in the counseling field. Michele has experience working with clients in a range of ages. Her experience and training includes those struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, perfectionism, attachment and relational issues. More recently she's learning she enjoys working with those struggling with executive functioning issues and motivation. After graduating from Cairn University Michele served as a staff counselor at Oasis Counseling Center for a number of years. Additionally, she taught at the graduate level for three years, co-leading a class devoted to teaching a range of counseling skills and helping with character development to the graduate counseling students.
